Managing Your Sessions: Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Policies

How to Schedule Your Regular Sessions

Follow these steps to schedule your Regular Sessions and use the credits from your session package:

​

1. Log In to Your Account

 

  • Visit the Fluent English Talk website and log in using your account details.​

​

2. Go to "Regular Session"

 

  • From the homepage, navigate to the "Regular Session" service section to schedule your session.​

​

3. Fill in Session Details

​

  • Start Time: Choose the date and time that works for your session.

​

  • Course/Service: Choose the course (session package) you’ve purchased.​

​

4. Session Deduction from Your Package

 

  • Each time you book a Regular Session, one session credit will be deducted from your session package. This will automatically be reflected in your account, so you’ll always know how many sessions you have remaining.

How to Reschedule or Cancel a Session

1. Log In to Your Account

 

  • Visit the Fluent English Talk website and log in with your account details.

​​

2. Go to "My Bookings"

 

  • Once logged in, click "My Bookings" in the menu to view and manage your scheduled sessions.​

​

3. Select the Session You Want to Reschedule or Cancel

 

  • Find the session you'd like to change and click on it.

​

4. Reschedule or Cancel Your Session

​

  • Reschedule: Click Reschedule, choose a new date and time that works for you, and click Save.

  • Cancel: Click Cancel, confirm your decision, and your session will be removed from your calendar.​

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

 

Session Expiration:

​

    All sessions must be used within:

  • 1 month for 4, 8, or 12-session packages

  • 2 months for the 16-session package 

​

Rescheduling Policy: 

​

  • You may reschedule any session within at least 12 hours' notice, as long as it remains within your package window (1 or 2 months). 

  • Reschedules must be made within the same calendar month (for 4, 8, or 12-session packages).

​

Late Reschedules or Cancellations (under 12 hours):

​

  • These count as a missed session and will be deducted from your package, except in emergencies. 

​

Emergency Cancellations: 

​

  • Life happens! Please contact us directly — we may make exceptions for genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
