Welcome to my online English coaching services. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they govern your use of my services. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

• Free 15-Minute Consultation: A complimentary consultation for new students to discuss goals and expectations.

• 30-Minute Trial Session: A one-time trial session to experience a real session or discuss goals and expectations in more detail.

• 60-Minute Regular Sessions: Standard one-on-one English coaching sessions.

• Session Packages: Bundles of 4, 8, 12, or 16 sessions, based on your goals and availability. Discounted bundles are available for the first month only.

2. Payment

• All payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking.

• Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card and PayPal.

• PayPal Pay Later is not accepted.

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

​3. Scheduling

• Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.

• All sessions are conducted via Zoom, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Students may reschedule up to 2 times per month to avoid conflicts, maintain steady progress, and respect the instructor’s time.

• Sessions canceled or missed without 24-hour notice are forfeited and non-refundable, unless due to a serious emergency (exceptions may be made at the instructor’s discretion).

• Frequent cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Punctuality

• Students are expected to arrive on time.

• Delays of more than 15 minutes without notice will be considered a missed session and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Expiration of Packages

• 4, 8, or 12-session packages: must be used within 1 month of purchase.

• 16-session package: must be used within 2 months of purchase.

• Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Refunds

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

• If sessions have been used, refunds will be pro-rated based on unused sessions.

• Once the expiration period has passed, unused sessions are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.

• Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the instructor’s discretion.

8. No-Shows

• A “no-show” (failure to attend without notice) will result in the session being forfeited.

9. Instructor Rights

• The instructor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions within 24 hours if necessary.

• The instructor reserves the right to refuse service to students who repeatedly violate these Terms & Conditions.

10. Confidentiality

• All personal information and session content will remain strictly confidential.

11. Agreement

• By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
